Lily Ryles was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. After college, she attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree.  

While attending law school, Lily clerked for various law firms in Little Rock and externed at the United States Bankruptcy Court under Chief Bankruptcy Judge Phyllis M. Jones. She was also awarded top paper in her upper-level writing course, Fourth Amendment Seminar. Upon passing the Arkansas Bar Examination, Lily began her legal career in private practice.

Lily’s practice centers around all aspects of construction and business law litigation. She also assists clients with business entity formation, contract drafting and review, payment and collection disputes, mechanic’s and materialman’s liens, and the resolution of legal disputes through litigation, arbitration and mediation. Lily also handles landlord-tenant matters.
